Conference Registration fees (all including GST):

  • Full Registration for virtual participation – NZ$300 (1 presentation online)
  • Student Registration for virtual participation – NZ$150 (1 presentation online)
  • Full Registration – NZ$900 (up to 2 presentations in person at the venue)
  • Student Registration – NZ$590 (up to 2 presentations in person at the venue)
  • Day Registration – NZ$200 (attendance by one person for one day)
  • Accompanying person – NZ$340

Conference dinner: NZ$120 (optional)


The registration fee (in person) includes access to all conference sessions and is inclusive of the welcome reception, mid-congress half-day trip to Auckland Museum, the welcome package (including a printed book of the congress proceedings and programme brochure), morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea. Each registered person can give up to two presentations (oral or poster).

The registration fee for online participation includes online access to all conference sessions and is inclusive of pdf version of the congress proceedings and programme brochure. Each registered person can give one presentation online (oral only).

⦁ Visa, Mastercard, Debit Card – Please note a Convenience Fee of 1.9% is applied to credit card and debit card payments.

⦁ Alipay – Available for bank transfers from international bank accounts. A convenience fee will not be applied with this payment method.


⦁ Account 2 Account (Bank Transfer) – Available for payments from New Zealand bank accounts only. A convenience fee will not be applied with this payment method.
